**Removals Van Driver & Porter - Edinburgh**

**Job Type**: Full Time Permanent

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, any 5 out of 7 days

**Proposed Salary**: £25,396.80 per annum plus bonus

We are looking for a **Removals Van Driver & Porter** that has **excellent communication** **skills**along with a **friendly**and **enthusiastic attitude**, whilst also having a willingness to learn and a **passion for great customer service.** Previous removals experience would be beneficial, but don’t worry if you haven’t got it, as long as you have a full driving licence you will receive support from our Removals team who will provide the appropriate training.

Self-Storage is more than what you think it is. We are in the business of solving customer’s storage and removal needs whether it’s a family looking to move house or a student on summer break, our customers make it **interesting**and you will be exposed to a **variety of tasks.**

**Customer Service**: Supporting customers with their questions and queries around our Removals and Van & Driver services. Providing a world class service that is synonymous with the Lens Self Storage brand

**Removals/Van & Driver**: Pack/Remove customer belongings efficiently and effectively. Loading and unloading belongings from vehicles or storage.

**Operational Standards**: Following all appropriate Health and Safety guidelines. Driving the company vehicle with due care and attention and representing the business in a professional manner.

**Job Details**

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour x 40 hours = £25,396.80 per annum (paid monthly)

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Quarterly bonus

- Weekend availability (when required)
