Our client Lloyds Banking Group is a leading UK based financial services group providing a wide range of banking and financial services, focused on personal and commercial customers. On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for a **Sourcing Manager**for an initial 6-month contract based remotely.

**Purpose of the Role**:
**As a Sourcing Manager you will be**:

- A part of a project team, the role will entail identifying and remediating all contracts that need updated with the latest regulatory requirements
- Specifically, the role will be working as part of a cross functional team to undertake the following activities:

- Determine the contract baseline for all agreements that will require the necessary changes
- Collate the contract agreements for everything in scope. This will be done working with the Sourcing teams, the divisional Supplier Management functions and through operating Ariba, the LBG Source to Contract platform, where the contracts are stored.
- Work with the LBG legal team to draft contract amendments
- Work with the Sourcing and Supplier Management teams to agree amendments with the suppliers in scope. This will be supported by the LBG legal team throughout
- Support the workstream lead with project governance and ongoing remediation tracker updates, to ensure an accurate status of the project can be reported to the required steering committees.
- Working knowledge of the contract module of Ariba
- Working knowledge contract terms
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities at once
- Minimum 5-10 years working in a Sourcing role that has entailed negotiating with technology suppliers (SaaS)
- Experience of delivering contract remediation projects in a previous role would be useful but not a must have
- Financial services experience would be preferential
