**RESEARCH & DATA ANALYST**
**UP TO £40,000**
**LONDON**
A Leading Consultancy is looking for market research data analyst ideally with experience analysing and deriving insight from survey data using R. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a promote from within culture.
**THE ROLE**:
The Market Research Data Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Working with the consulting teams in - work in market research, predominantly on survey data
- Devising solutions to their clients' business problems
- Looking at clients' customers social attitudes - i.e. what are their consumers looking for? What drives people to buy? Etc
- Working on projects varying in length to 1 day up to 4 weeks
- Will get exposure to the consultancy and strategy side of the business too
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
The Market Research Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- You have at least 2 years' experience running statistical analysis on survey data and possibly other data sources and are keen to develop further
- You consistently demonstrate ability to prioritise and multi-task on a daily basis, whilst meeting deadlines
- You are proficient with analytics methods such as clustering and regression
- Awareness of survey design considerations such as sampling and weighting
- You have good knowledge of R
- You're a team player and care about elevating and developing junior members of the team as well as yourself
- You're not afraid to get stuck in with both the small detail work as well as more high profile, big picture projects
- You are interested in social attitudes and what makes people, consumers and organisations tick
