**What will you be doing?**
In this role, you will be working within an existing team and be responsible for showcasing existing and new technology solutions and creating reporting content to specific Nestlé needs. Through showcasing the capability of our technology, it will inform our client users on the performance of their categories and brands as well as identify new opportunities for growth. Working alongside an experienced existing client team this role also involves collaborating with Cicrana's technology & reporting teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with client stakeholders to understand needs, scope, design, build and deliver impactful, automated content within the Circana technology platform
- To continuously review and update content so it meets changing clients’ needs and always takes full advantage of the benefits of the latest technology releases available
- To support with implementing training both virtually and in-person as well as building an online platform for training and coaching.
- To understand new technology capabilities and support with delivering training to users that will maximise its utility
- Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders and work closely with other Circana functions to deliver an all-round positive client experience that will contribute to client retention.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in using technology to extract, visualise and story tell using market measurements data, including shopper.
- Strong organisational skills, workload management and the ability to proactively manage internal & external stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to use appropriate method to communicate with clients, professional presence, ability to understand and respond to another’s point of view.
- Demonstrated resilience and sound judgment in dealing with business and corporate challenges and change.
- Administrative accountability: adheres to corporate policies, meets deadlines on corporate initiatives surrounding personal development and input into business planning.
