**What to expect**

Thorntons are market leading property specialists with offices throughout Scotland and our Estate Agency team deliver a first-class service to clients whether they are buying, selling or renting their property. As a Viewing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients find and purchase their dream homes.

In this role you will:

- Help our busy team share our enthusiasm for our properties by delivering a friendly, welcoming and professional service to clients
- Undertake accompanied viewings at client’s properties
- Identify business opportunities for both Estate Agency and the Firm as a whole
- Effectively communicate messages and appointments
- Ensure prompt and efficient diary management
- Conduct research before appointments
- Ensure that any client concern is resolved or communicated promptly to the Property Sales Office Manager
- Manage keys and security

**Hours**
- 12 hours per week

**Work Pattern**
- Wednesday 11am to 7pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Sunday 11am to 4pm
