You're in luck as our amazing #TeamHalliday in Peterhead have part-time (12-30 hours per week) permanent opportunities available.
**The team and the person you'll support**
As a Support Practitioner you'll become part of a small, friendly team who provides invaluable support to a young gentleman who has autism to live in his own home. As well as supporting this young man with all aspects of his daily living, including personal care, medication, cooking & cleaning, you'll also support with his hobbies and interests too. Some of his hobbies include swimming, walking, going to the golf range, outings, going for meals and drives in the car.
**About You**
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. **We'll pay you for your training and will even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and SSSC registration fees too However,**a**s the young gentleman that we support has his own mobility car, we will need you to hold a full manual driving license for this particular opportunity.**
**All we’ll need you to bring is: -**
- A full manual driving licence
- Confidence to support in the water as swimming is a regular activity.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- A caring attitude and approach.
- A positive approach to learning.
- An understanding of the importance of routines and guidelines.
- Confidence in the use of computers.
**Shift Patterns**
As we're dedicated to providing the best 24/7 support possible, shift patterns for this team will usually fall into patterns of Monday-Friday 1515-2300 or 0700-0915 hours (includes a sleepover) and weekend shifts on a rotational basis; 0900-1600, 1600-2300 and 0700-0900 hours (includes a sleepover).
The sleepover part of a sleepover shift is not included in your contracted hours, so you will receive an** additional £100.80** for each sleepover worked.

**Salary -** £25,553 per annum (part-time pro rata)
