We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible in approach and efficient individual to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our Oncology/Haematology management team and Lead Cancer Nurse based at Princess Alexandra Hospital Harlow.The successful applicant will be required to undertake a range of duties which include supporting the Oncology & Haematology team in the delivery of patient centred high quality services. Contributing directly to service improvement within department. Organising meetings, maintaining staff records on electronic systems. and processes. Coordinate the National Quality Assurance process and meetings. The post holder must have the ability to work as part of a Multi-disciplinary team to ensure all relevant communications are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. We are a fast paced environment that requires an adaptable individual who can self-direct.You must have a good standard of education, good organisational skills and be able to work as part of the team. Competence in MS Office and previous experience of working within the NHS would be an advantage.
