**About the Role**: We are recruiting for an Automation Maintenance Engineer for a high-profile global distribution site. You will be working in a supportive team and be part of a global materials handling market leader. The role will provide corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on 1st level and be responsible for reactive, proactive and preventative maintenance on all automated materials handling equipment (MHE), including conveyors, lifts and cranes. You will beattending breakdowns and repairs to support the site, whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will be working with minimum supervision approaching fault finding and resolution in a logical manner.

**Requirements**: Experience is key, as we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who is able to work without supervision in an automated environmenton an array of MHE. You should have a basic understanding of PLC equipment. You must have theability to work at height and be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions. A suitable qualification would be desirable (ONC/HNC or Full B-Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering) as would a recognized EngineeringApprenticeship.
