Restaurant Supervisor

We are a dynamic hospitality group with a fast-expanding portfolio of restaurants, hotels, pubs and bars looking to recruit an experienced restaurant supervisor or someone with passion and flair for hospitality.

**Main Objective**:
To work within a small team, and provide excellent customer service to all guests. To take real pride in your work ensuring we provide the best food and service in Hertford

**As the Restaurant Supervisor you will be expected to**:

- Have excellent product knowledge, know our menus inside out and be confident in answering questions from our customers
- Have a real passion for the food and beverage industry
- Provide a fast and efficient service
- Have the ability to provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times during service
- Ensure the effective and timely set up and close down of restaurant service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Should be dependable and reliable
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food production
- Ability to work well with others with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Knowledge of computers and industry technology
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Basic understanding of food preparation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
