Als Administrator

South Thames Colleges’ Group are seeking an ALS Administrator to be responsible for all learner support administrative and financial activities, entering specialised data onto the Learning Support database and for managing related quality audit processesand systems.

We’re looking for someone who is educated to GCSE / Level 2 or equivalent with grades A*-C in English and Maths. You’ll have experience of working effectively with centrally established computerised systems and have a proven ability to organise, manage andcoordinate the collection and collation of large quantities of data. Skilled in spreadsheets, databases and word processing, you’ll be comfortable when it comes to dealing with a high volume of work and be able to work with and record budgets, effectivelyand responsibly.

This is a group wide post covering all South Thames College Group sites.

Interviews to be held week commencing 12th September.
