**Technical Fleet Specialist**

DSV Equipment is looking for a new member of the team to play a key role in the department's continuous work to provide best-in-class services for customers and the internal organization.

trailer breakdown services and roadside assistance for our customers around Europe. You will be part of a

highly dedicated, engaged, and competent department where we value team spirit - your colleagues will

always be there to support you. You will be joining a proactive thinking team with the aim to challenge our

business practice and process to bring new opportunities for further efficiency and increased productivity

**Tasks in the role are**:

- Ensure the flow of trailers and technical cases in workshops is treaded from an economic and

strategic perspective, highest priority, cost controlling and efficiently
- Handle different type of breakdown cases on the DSV Trailer fleet in Europe
- Monitor, control and negotiate trailer repairs in workshops across Europe
- Check and approve invoices
- Update and operate the intercompany fleet management systems

In addition, we truly value your attitude and passion, knowledge and experience in the trailer market means more than the grades of your exam papers.
- You have professional experience in the transport sector, i.e. from a technical side or workshop administration side
- You are a passionate team player, setting the “We” before “Me”
- You have a sound customer-oriented approach
- You have experience with Fleet Management Systems or Workshop system
- You communicate effortlessly, written and verbally, in English

As a person it is important you are comfortable in a busy environment and can work independent and self-supporting, where you can manage your time to handle and deliver both urgent assignments as long-term assignments to the agreed deadline. You must possess good communication skills and the drive to optimize and ask questions to constructively challenge the processes within DSV. It is furthermore important that you understand different cultures.
