We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team

As part of our Warehouse team, you'll be responsible for running the Warehouse Reception, ensuring that drivers are greeted with clear instructions on how to follow our site safety rules. You'll be responsible for providing general admin support to the warehouse.

Strong communication skills are key. You'll engage with various stakeholders across our business to continually find new ways to provide high-quality support to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.

6am - 6pm Day shifts 4 shifts on, 4 off - £11.13 p/h (Y)

What you'll be doing:

- Working closely with the Central Logistics Team to escalate any late or missing deliveries
- Ensuring that drivers entering the site are aware of the site safety rules
- Working closely with the warehouse team and planning and logistics to monitor, measure and feedback supplier performance
- Maintaining constant communication with warehouse Team Leaders so ensure the timely unloading of deliveries.
- Great attention to detail - ensuring paperwork is correctly completed and maintained
- Providing general clerical support to the warehouse, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately.
- Deal with ad-hoc deliveries, ensuring they reach the correct recipient on site
- Provide additional support to other departments as and when requested by the Warehouse Shift Manager, Process Manager or Operations Manager

About you
- Food moves fast, and so do we You'll be multi-tasking daily, and attention to detail is key
- Ideally you'll be great with PCs, as you'll be regularly using Microsoft Excel and will learn how to use new software
- Understand distribution and warehouse systems
- Flexible working pattern to support a 7-day function
