We are currently recruiting for a PMO Coordinator to support a variety of global key accounts in the UK.

As a PMO Coordinator, you will support the delivery of many key concepts to help us accelerate the journey into becoming the world’s greatest service organisation. Overseeing the administration needs of projects and programmes to support overall governance and effective performance management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate PMO processes, systems and tools ensuring governance is adhered to and that reporting is actioned by Project Managers
- Plan PMO activities including coordination of the PMO GKC SharePoint site, mailbox, calendar and assisting with development/delivery of Programme learning and development workshops
- Maintain PMO documentation and knowledge management across all PMO systems, processes and platforms and champion best practice
- Create information dashboards to improve Programme operational performance

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**
- Minimum of five years proven work experience within an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
