Transport Administrator

**The role**:
Working as an integral part of the Transport distribution operational support team, the Transport Administrator will focus upon several key areas to assist in the smooth running of the Department and the wider Distribution business and contributing to the DC’s performance commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Equipment cost control
- Issue of PO numbers
- Checking Invoices/Estimates charges against warranty terms
- Ensuring all invoices of third parties are accurate to the work they carried out
- Maintain equipment list for third parties
- Compliance support
- Monitor and maintain service of all equipment
- Maintain equipment records in line with earned recognition standards
- Filing of documents with sensitive information
- Infringement control providing information for FTA reviews, supporting managers to manager driver compliance performance, updating FTA with accurate driver data and driver License Checks
- Maintain fleet lists and update ‘O License’ where require
- Data control with Toll charge providers throughout the UK to avoid fines
- Fuel Management
- to ensure continuation of supply through timely ordering
- Weekly Payroll cost
- PAH transport colleagues wage calculation up to Payroll
- Agency compilation and weekly PO production, Calculation of weekly overall Accounts Pack KPL data
- Input of data for various KPI’s

**With you you'll bring with you**:

- Previous experience of working in Transport
- Teamworking skills
- Strong customer focus
- Drive to succeed and achieve tasks to high standards
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to plan & work to deadlines
- Efficient in IT and Microsoft packages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commercial awareness and previous distribution experience
