Head Housekeeper

**Are you an experienced Hotel Head Housekeeper?**

We are looking to take on a Head Housekeeper, you will be accountable for successfully managing the housekeeping operation and the housekeeping team at one of our hotels in Brighouse.

**What will some of your responsibilities be?**
- You will lead, manage and inspire your team to deliver company key metrics and excellent client management ensuring that yourself and the team build and maintain rapport with the local management and their teams,
- You will ensure all services are delivered to the highest standard and in line with client’s expectations,
- Ensure statutory compliance with Health and Safety legislation is met ensuring that training, conducting of risk assessments, monitoring performance and reviewing procedures,
- Manage recruitment and engagement of the team on site, pro-actively recruiting the right people for your team,
- Champion company values to drive the overall culture and support an employee friendly environment.

**What we will offer you**:
£23,000 per annum

Full Time and permanent contract with us.
