**Join Our Team as an SEND Teaching Assistant in Tameside**

**What We Require**:

- Qualifications: A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or support work is advantageous. However, we value dedication, empathy, and a willingness to learn above all else.
- Understanding of SEND: A basic understanding of various SEND conditions and their impact on learning and development is beneficial. We provide training and resources to help you support our students effectively.
- Patience and Flexibility: Working with children with SEND requires patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. We seek individuals who can remain calm under pressure and adjust their approach to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- MUST have 1:1 experience with SEN children

Teach195. Have over 75 years combined experience within the Education Recruitment industry. We match skilled educators to roles within local schools. We work with a variety of stakeholders across all education sectors, from recruiting a Nursery Nurse to support in a pre-school setting, through to a Science Teacher to deliver A-level Physics, and everything in between

Pay: £80.00-£100.00 per day

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
