Local Plumbers We Care are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to meet the company’s operational requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing nationwide company and receive regular bonuses as part of our rewards scheme.
Training will be provided to applicants who meet the base requirements. Applicants with similar backgrounds or with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Successfully assign jobs to our engineers
- Provide customers with updates on arrival time
- Communicate effectively with our engineers to maintain an accurate record of all required work
- Positively represent the company to customers and the public
**Requirements**:
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and honesty
- Previous experience in the plumbing and heating sector
- Flexibility in approach
