**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies.
- Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
- Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Supporting staff training and development to uphold our brand’s high standards.
- Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
- A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
