**Overview**
We are looking for a passionate individual, dedicated to supervising the team to provide each customer with an exceptional level of service by identifying and satisfying their needs, thus ensuring that the store meets its sales targets. In your role as a Retail Supervisor, you act as the key person in supervising the daily operation of our storeand will also support the management team to maximise profit whilst maintaining the customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and business operation strategy to meet our revenue goals.
- Directly supervising the training, development and motivation of staff in order to achieve highest possible levels of performance in daily operation.
- Supporting the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short and long-term target.
- Establishing and monitoring work schedules to meet sales targets.
- Liaising with senior staff to determine the range of goods to be sold, deciding on weekly discount products, and promoting online and offline activities.
- Analyzing customer reactions to products, packaging, pricing, and making timely operational adjustments.
- Organizing monthly offline meetings and managing performance assessments.
- Leading the maintenance and operation of online stores and expanding the online customer base.
- Resolving operational problems in coordination with senior staff.
- Recommending staffing and other needs to meet sales targets.
- Reporting daily operational activities to our director.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in retail management software.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required by the business needs.
- A passion for retail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: Up to £39,000.00 per year

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
