Support Services Operative

Job Introduction
You'll enhance the smooth running of our fabulous corporate client site, and we'll enhance your career, as a **Support Services Operative** in **Royston, SG8 5HE **Provide a helping hand in this hands on role to ensure flawless workplace operations.** **A role where you’ll love what you do. **What you’ll do**:

- Oversee and manage 30 beverage vending machines across site, ensuring they are stocked and functioning. Ensure regular servicing is scheduled with servicing contractor, monitoring stock levels.
- Working with the catering manager to ensure coffee beans, milk powder, hot chocolate etc are ordered in a timely fashion.
- Checking photocopiers for stock levels and physically topping up paper levels (not toners and cartridges).
- Schedule servicing for drinking water machines and organise contractor for repairs if necessary
- Supporting and ensuring stock levels of stationary are maintained.
- In down time, gardening/weeding and any other ad hoc duties as required
- Have a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
- A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
