Our client has a well-known brand within the Industrial and Driving Recruitment market. They have an established network, and they collaborate with a number of clients up and down the country.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work from their client’s premises in South Elmsall. The client is a large distribution business, and you will be responsible for managing a team of five looking after their drivers. This is a keyrole within the organisation a Contract Manager/Consultant who will become involved in every aspect of the day to day running of the account. You will be experienced in management practices and will be capable of managing the client relationship on behalfof the agency.

The role will include recruitment, performance, and attendance management, ensuring service level agreements are adhered to and that Key Performance Indicators are consistently achieved.
- Professional people skills.
- A background in either in driving recruitment or industrial recruitment within a recruitment consultancy. This is an essential requirement.
- Excellent communication skills as the ability to communicate at all levels are paramount.
- Must be an initiative-taking initiative-taker, who is able to prioritise workload and work on own initiative.
- Motivational and leadership skills.
- The role will involve dealing with general queries from sickness through to disciplinary procedures, so requires an all-round knowledge of HR and recruitment issues.
- You will be a car driver - essential due to the location of the contract.
- Flexibility essential.
