**The opportunity**:
Linc-Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our bank team at our Lysaght Institute, in Newport as a Bank Domestic Assistant.

The role offers the opportunity to join a friendly, hardworking team and is suited to someone who is like minded.

The Domestic Team play a huge role within Lysaght, ensuring that the venue is always gleaming ready for the weddings, meetings and parties that take place there.

The role of a Bank Domestic Assistant is to support the hardworking and friendly team when it gets busy or to cover for them when they take a well-earned holiday. You can work when it suits you and we have shifts available, so this role is suited to someone who wants a position that is as flexible as their lifestyle.

If you like keeping busy and have an eye for detail, this is the role for you We’ll give you the key to our cupboard full of cleaning tricks - plus all the training you need, so you know what products to use, where and when.

The Lysaght Institute is a busy venue, so multi-tasking is essential If you can mop, dust, chat and of course have a few laughs all at once, you are the person that we are looking for

**What we need from you**:

- Communication skills - you’ll work closely with both colleagues and guests, so it is important that you are friendly, approachable and welcoming.
- Health and Safety awareness - we offer full training to make sure you know the risks, hazards and saftest way to work, but a basic understanding of health and safety in this role or willingness to learn is needed - getting the job done safely is key.
- Team player - you’ll be working in a busy team so you should be able to work alongside others well, but also use your own initiative to work alone when required too.
- Great customer service skills - as well communication skills, you should be able to provide excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who can go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
