Then why not join GSL Education as we are recruiting a number of **Cover Supervisors** to work across Secondary schoolsin Leicester. Becoming a Cover Supervisor will not only be a rewarding experience but also gives you the chance to experience teaching first hand, helping you to decide you career path.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will continue to earn and gain experience without the full-time commitment and the additional paperwork that comes with the role of a class Teacher. You will also be an inspirational Cover Supervisor who is passionate about helpingchildren of all abilities and ensuring they can meet the Natonal Curriculum.
- Be confident to deliver planned lessons to students
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Professional, smart, and able to adapt to new environments
- Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
- Have high expectations of pupils’ achievements and behavior
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behavior management strategies
