MMP Consultancy are currently seeking Clerk of Works / Project Surveyor for a Housing Association based in North London, with patches across London.
Works provided are in line with landlord obligations including but not limited to - Kitchens and Bathrooms as well as internal communal areas.
Details:
Title: Clerk of Works

**Salary**: £39,000 to £43,644 per annum
Location: Office based in North London with Agile Working and Site Visits.
Contract: Permanent
Key Duties:

- Providing a professional service on a £3-5m planned maintenance program primarily on housing and care & support stock.
- Support the delivery of planned maintenance work. Work with our Project Managers and Building Surveyors to provide professional inspections advice.
- Quality inspections and monitoring of our planned programmes.
- Review technical and material specifications, inspect works on site to ensure they are consistent with contract requirements, attend site inspections at regular intervals, and inspect and report as to the suitability of works to be undertaken.
- Liaise with internal teams and manage external consultants and contractors.
- A good knowledge of IT systems will be more important as we change and develop how we work in this digital age.
