In this role, successful applicants will be working to improve upon existing data management processes that provide vital management information to inform key decisions made by the Senior leadership team.
You will ensure business can be transacted as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice/guidance to colleagues across the Front Line Commands on the services provided by the tri-service National Roadside Repair and Recovery Contract and the Direct Repair Scheme (DRS) for the supply and fit of Tyres and Windscreens contracts. At all times promoting good and effective customer and supplier engagement.
A key function of this role is to provide support and administration services to the Contracted Field Support (CFS) team. Secretarial responsibilities include facilitating the monthly CFS, Land Business Review Meeting, Management meetings, and quarterly Land Tasking Meetings.
You will manage the flow of repair work requests between Field Army Equipment Branch and Babcock DSG for the Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Service Category.
You will help to create and maintain useful management information tools for the function to increase core capabilities and have the opportunity to develop in several areas such as financial knowledge and awareness, management information skills, assurance and governance skills and operational delivery.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.**Job description**:
An Executive Officer in the Contracted Field Support Team will:
- Directly support the Contracted Field Support (CFS) Team with their duties.
- Provide support to wider Field Army Equipment Operations pillar.
- Monitor, track, validate, and pay supplier invoices using the MODs Finance system.
- Conduct financial analysis, scrutiny, and reporting against the monthly Defence Business Service (DBS) reports.
- Facilitate and complete secretarial duties for monthly and quarterly meetings.
- Provide advice, guidance, and approvals for the use of the NRRRC and DRS contracts.
- Receive, process and track work tasking requests, changes to delivery dates, customer complaints, and maintain the equipment and authorised demander registers for the Service Provision Transformation Contract.
- Develop and maintain Front Line Command work tasking trackers and pipelines.
- Collect and collate management information and data management for the CFS enabling contracts and be responsible for the administration, record keeping, ongoing development and maintenance of the CFS SharePoint site.
- Produce monthly ad-hoc reports for line management and divisional Equipment Support Branches based on the data supplied by contractors.
- Gather and consolidate service level verification data and produce trend analysis reports for the service provider.
- Carryout ad-hoc business and office management requests.
