**Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital | Administration | Permanent | Full Time**

**Up to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience**

**37.5 hours per week**

**_ A_**_vailability required for various shifts between 8.00am-6.00pm Monday - Saturday (with 30 minute unpaid lunch break)_**

**As a Radiology Administrator, you will**:

- Efficiently manage patient appointment bookings and reception duties
- Process referral forms and liaise with GP's, Consultants, and other hospital staff regarding imaging reports and appointments
- Manage workload effectively and support administrative colleagues in meeting departmental objectives
- Work with CRIS and PACS computer systems
- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of Radiology services
- Image transferring between hospitals

**As a Radiology Administrator, you will have**:

- Excellent organisational and IT skills
- Ability to use initiative and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and professional
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is desirable
- Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role is desirable
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
