Acquisition Surveyor

**About the opportunity**

We are recruiting for an Acquisition Surveyor to join our Property team at our Customer Support Centre based in Walsall. The Acquisition Surveyor will assist with the acquisition of new stores across the UK to grow the existing estates and reciting under sized stores.

This role will be working closely with our acquisition managers to acquire and Resite 100 stores per year across the UK by taking the stores from initial conception through to legal completion.

The acquisition surveyor will build relationships with internal stakeholders such as project managers and our retail teams to obtain business support as well as external groups including landlords, agents, building surveys and solicitors.
- This is a full-time Hybrid position with frequent travel across the UK._

**What you'll be doing**
- Controlling costs in line with agreed budgets
- Overseeing the disposal of vacant units which no longer meet the group expectations
- Dealing with acquisitions from HOTs to legal compliance
- Building relationships with third party retailer, landlords, developers, surveryors and solicitors

**What you'll need**
- Retail acquisition experience

- Flexible - willingness to travel and provide support to both Northern Ireland and the ROI.
- At least 1 Years PQE Experience

**Salary**: £25,318.69-£46,128.00 per year
