We are looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to oversee personalized support and enhance the well-being of those we serve. **About You**:

- Compassionate, empathetic, and leadership-driven.
- Highly organized, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective in communication.
- Ethically driven, adaptable, and resilient, capable of managing stress and supporting others effectively.
- Willing to work towards or possessing a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Drivers are highly desirable due to the active lifestyles of the people we support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Team Leader in daily service management.
- Manage staffing issues including sickness, vacancies, and training compliance.
- Ensure adherence to governance and safeguarding protocols, promptly addressing any concerns.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring all regulatory and contractual obligations are met.
- Foster effective communication across the team and ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible.
- Support a competent team to meet people needs and expectations.
- Proactively handle the emotional climate of the service, escalating issues as necessary.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Positively represent Encompass and promote a supportive emotional environment.
- Meet all training requirements and continuously improve skills to support organizational needs.
- Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all Encompass policies.
- Safeguard against any actions that could harm individuals supported, reporting as required.
