Parker Jones Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a large property services/building maintenance contractor. They specialise in property maintenance and refurbishments. As a result of their success on their reactive maintenance contract, they are seeking a proven Repairs Supervisor in the Merseyside area.

**Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the workforce across the contract and ensure consistant performance against targets.
- Organise your team and ensure operatives are accepting and attending appointments arranged by the scheduling team.
- Monitor quality of work through on-site inspections, reports and KPI's.
- Complete appropriate paperwork such as method statements and risk assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous responsive maintenance experience
- Worked at a supervisory level
- IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
- Excellent Communicator
- Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines

**Package**:

- Salary up to £32,000
- Van & Fuel Card
- Annual Holidays
- Company Pension

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
