**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Renewable Energy, Natural Environment and Built Environment**

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - What is the role?**
- This is a sales recruitment role not a career directly within renewable energy. We source and recruit leading professionals from the renewable energy sector and place them in new roles (where you earn commission)
- The role involves winning on new clients through cold calling and business development, you will be building and maintaining relationships with clients and supporting their hiring requirements.

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Requirements**:

- 6-12 months sales / commercial experience (ideally someone who has worked in a career for a year after graduating and is looking for a better opportunity or someone who has had a year in industry etc.
- *ideally* 2:1 or above from a top 40 university (not a necessity)
- Competitive - ideally played sport to a high level or be naturally resilient and driven by winning.
- Strong communication skills, you MUST be confident over the phone and in person. Building relationships is a key aspect of this role and you must have strong interpersonal skills to build good rapport.
- Resilient, recruitment is a challenging career and you’’ face rejection so must be able to bounce back.
- Financially motivated - this is a commission-based role and if you’re not driven by money and maximising your earnings you will struggle
