At TECHNIA we are seeking an**Infrastructure Consultant** to be responsible for the deployment and upgrade of 3DEXPERIENCE in production and test environments. The Infrastructure Consultant will collaborate with both customers and the teamon end-to-end process execution, including systems configuration, testing, issue identification, resolution, and post-production support.

The position requires strong implementation, troubleshooting, problem-solving and detailed documentation skills.

**What will you be doing as our Infrastructure Consultant?**

No day is the same in the Services department. Within your role, you will interact with a wide range of different internal and external stakeholders from a variety of different industries and size of customers. You will be integral to implementation andupgrade projects for clients across a broad range of sectors from automotive and aerospace to oil and gas, and medical sectors.

As a Infrastructure Consultant you will be handling multiple tasks, as the main point of contact for Infrastructure activity for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

**You will be involved in activities such as**:
Deploy, upgrade and configure the 3DEXPERIENCE On-Premise Platform for a variety of different customers ranging from smaller deployments to enterprise level across a range of industries
- You will collaborate with other TECHNIA Consultants to provide and implement technical optimisation recommendations.
- Investigate, understand and resolve complex problems through a robust process.
- Contribute to technical delivery plans in accordance with the resource available to them.
- Collaborating with both customers and the team on end-to-end process execution including systems configuration, testing, issue identification, resolution, and post-production support
- Actively pursue and push the boundaries to research and develop specific custom solutions to benefit our customers
