Customer Services Representative

£20,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Our client a leading innovator and specialist within their field, is looking to recruit Customer Services Representative to join their highly successful Aftersales Account Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, expanding distribution company who supply major national retailers.
- Have experience using SAGE or similar systems
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload through multiple channels - inboxes and phone calls
- Update customer online portals daily
- Dispatch carrier, and postal labels
- Be able to follow furniture assembly instructions
- Search & track replacement parts for customers and provide updates
- Work well with others and support, prioritize and escalate issues effectively

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

- First class customer service skills, with a passion for excellence
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiastic approach with passion
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative within a busy sales office environment
