The Executive Chef of an exclusive boutique events venue is seeking a **Head Chef**. In this role of Head chef you will assist with managing the team of chefs from the front ensuring high standards are maintained. The privately owned estate which is located in the famous Yorkshire Wolds has an excellent reputation for providingexceptional food and service, with creative seasonal and delicious menus. You will be catering for weddings, along with private and corporate events, with the busiest periods being between April to December. Every menu is tailor made to meet customer requirementsand dishes are prepared in the fantastically equipped kitchen. You will be paid by the hour so all overtime will be paid and the majority of the shifts are day time only.

**Requirements**:
A Sous or Head Chef who has a stable background and has been working for a minimum of 2 years at this level, with experience of fine dining and also busy events or banqueting venues. A Chef who has the management skills needed to run a busy operation, workswell under pressure, and can work to tight deadlines is ideal for this role.
