**Drama Graduate - Aspiring Teacher**
Are you an Drama graduate? Considering a career in teaching? Looking for some experience in the education sector?
The assignment:
- Supporting children's behaviour for learning
- Assisting children with their understanding of activities and encourage active participation in class
- Assisting with note taking
- You may work with individual learners in the classroom 1:1 or you may work with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
- Supporting the pupil's individual needs, according to their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
- Participating in team meetings and Continual Professional Development (CPD) training provided by the school as an active member of a team
- Maintaining pupil progress records
- Supporting regulations pertaining to safeguarding (_Department for Education _)
About you:

- A passion about supporting the teaching and learning of young people
- The ability to work creatively and sensitively with children to ensure all children secure the highest possible levels of progress and achievement.
- Is able to relate well to and communicate well with children and adults.
