**Job Summary**:
As a Care Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible. You will provide high-quality personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities in line with individual care plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and safe use of aids and equipment.
- Support residents with meals and hydration, ensuring individual dietary needs are met.
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental well-being to senior staff.
- Encourage and support residents to participate in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
- Uphold confidentiality, respect, and compassion in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.32 per hour
