LWKM supports people with the things in life that impact their mental health. The support we offer is open to any person in the area who is experiencing challenges and would like to engage with support to help make changes. The areas we support with are person centred to meet the needs of the individual and can include areas such as mental health, finances, housing, isolation or finding the most appropriate support.

**Working pattern**: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.

**Contract type**: Permanent, full time.

**Interview date**: 2nd January 2025
