Spear Freight specialises in global freight, logistics and supply chain solutions. We are a young, dynamic and ambitious company based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.

We are currently seeking a full time Shipping Coordinator to join our growing team.

**The Role:

- **
- Co-ordinating local and international shipments including air, sea, road and courier for incoming and outgoing freight
- Arranging the despatch of shipments from the warehouse via air, sea and courier
- Producing and handling of appropriate shipping documentation
- Liaising with end clients and providing shipment status reports and pre-alerts
- Updating client shipment portal with essential shipping documents
- Setting up and sending out freight quotations

**Experience/ Requirements:

- **
- Knowledge of shipping documents including Air Waybills and Bills of Lading
- Understanding of Incoterms
- Previous experience in international freight fowarding
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to physically inspect and pack goods in the warehouse (adhoc)
