Are you a conveyancing solicitor or legal executive with at least ten years’ experience looking for a move away from full fee earning position?
A conveyancing manager who is a qualified solicitor or legal executive is sought by an award-winning West Midlands law firm to be based in any of its offices. The role offers the opportunity to move away from full time fee earning initially offering arounda 50/50 split between management and fee earning, developing over time into a fully-fledged management role. This is a full-time permanent position offering hybrid working.
Initially you will come on board to head one out of the firm’s three conveyancing teams, managing around 8 fee earners. The key aspect of the job will be undertaking monthly 1-2-1s along with having a weekly catch up with each member. The job will also requirea degree of fee earning but on a significantly reduced target along with improving the firm’s structure and processes. This role offers the opportunity to move into heading up all three conveyancing teams, which will then be a sole management role and willnot require any fee earning.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have a technically strong conveyancing skill set along with the ability to deal with more complex matters. You must have at least 10 years’ experience within conveyancing along with management experience.
