We are working with a leading law firm that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their finance team. You will be covering all aspects of accounting and cashier tasks.

Your responsibilities include:

- Daily and monthly bank reconciliation
- Processing and Inputting receipts and payments onto the system
- Maintain supplier records
- Assist with staff expense claims and organising reimbursement payments
- Payments to creditor by BACS or cheque
- Processing account payments using online banking
- Using the purchase ledger system to process business supplier invoices; disbursements

Essential Skills Required:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a purchase ledger or cashier
- Confident in using accounting packages
- Able to use online banking systems
- Great attention to detail
- Accuracy
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

This is a full time, permanent position - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
