**The role of Admin Assistant**:

- Supporting admin team
- Helping to count stock in warehouse
- Supporting warehouse operation

**The ideal Admin Assistant**:

- Great customer service and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience within an admin role
