A Luxury private members club focused on wellbeing, with an international presence, are looking for a passionate, well presented, and talented Senior Aesthetic & Beauty Therapist to ensure smooth running of the Aesthetics & Beauty department and to provideday-to-day support to all staff.

This is a key role, where you will be overseeing aesthetic treatments to make sure they in line with brand standards and carrying out treatments to the highest standards. You will also be involved in various areas such as marketing, sales planning, new treatment/equipmentintroductions, team training and development.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the highest standard of customer service being delivered to all members and guests visiting your department within the Spa.
- Work with Director to formulate the annual marketing plan
- Work on execution of events and support with content and ideas for Instagram account
- Create training and learning plans for the internal beauty and aesthetic teams to ensure standards and offering is met and carrying out Internal beauty and aesthetic team training when required
- Support with hiring process of the department, including carrying out trade tests and conducting face to face interviews
- Provide a range of aesthetic treatments. These treatments will include cool sculpt, Vanquish, LPG, peels, HydraFacial’s, micro needling, mesotherapy, radiofrequency, advanced facial treatments, and lasers.
- Managing patient journey from treatment to aftercare, ensuring correct administration and premium patient care throughout.
- Advising clients on the most suitable treatments
- Meeting sales targets and supporting the team to achieve department targets
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and treatment rooms
- Actively working to gain industry knowledge on treatments and products on the market, including attending beauty and aesthetic conferences and feedback overview of industry trends
- Introduce new equipment and treatments to Director, to drive business revenue

**The following experience/skills will ensure you are successful in this role**:

- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience, preferably working for a high-end doctor-led clinic or aesthetic group
- Hold a minimum of NVQ L3 or equivalent, CIDESCO and NVQ4 are an advantage
- Certified in Laser Core of Knowledge
- Previous team supervision and training experience would be an advantage
- At least five years practical experience working with aesthetic treatments, including lasers, radio frequency and medical grade skin treatments
- Knowledge of basic beauty treatments: massage, waxing, nails etc.
- Presentable team player with strong communication skills, able to connect with a high-end clientele
- Proven experience of meeting sales targets
- Availability to work five days per week (40 hours), including weekend availability
