**Introduction to the Lindum Division**:
Lindum Homes is the Group’s house building division and one of Lincolnshire’s leading house builders producing bespoke high end, modern homes.

We are currently seeking a **Machine Driver/Groundworker** to join the Lindum Homes Team, working on new build developments in and around Lincoln. You must have general residential groundwork skills and a current excavator ticket (above or below 10T) ideally with experience of working on housing sites. Duties will not be limited to machine driving so there is a need to be willing to carry out other groundworks duties when required such as drainage block and beam floors, slabbing, paving, kerbing and concreting.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Including but not limited to, machine works such as reduce dig, foundations, loading of lorries, service trenches, forming driveways, patios, footpaths & gardens. Also, may include elements of groundworks such as kerb laying, slab laying, bloc paving, & plot externals if required.

A full driving licence is also required, as the role will involve driving the plant item on adopted roads.

***A competent individual who works well within a small team but also able to use their own initiative. Someone who has good working knowledge of all aspects of groundworks & good H&S awareness.

The role is full-time. Standard site hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 4.30pm on a Friday. This role will be permanent following successful completion of a probationary period.
