**About the Role**

Our Front of House Team are the stars of our resort who warmly welcome our guests and are their point of contact throughout their stay with us. We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Night Hall Porter to join our team. You will support our team in providing excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have a memorable and magical stay.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet guests with a ‘sense of arrival’ by using proper greeting and last name
- Ensure guests are met before arrival into the hotel and introduced to our Reception Team
- Ensure luggage is taken to guest’s room in an efficient manner
- Explain all facilities within the guest’s room
- Park vehicles if required
- Deliver messages, newspapers and amenities or packages to guest rooms
- Deliver any room service
- Maintain a clean work area including Library and Lobby
- Ensure all doorways and outlying areas are swept
- Handle all guest concerns in a professional and effective manner - following through on all guest problems
- Responsible for all hotel staff in the evening to ensure they follow Hotel Fire and Health and Safety procedures.
- To follow AA/Visit Scotland & IQA Standards with regards to Guest Check-in, Check-Out, Rooming & Taking and Delivering Guest Wake Up Calls
- Maintain a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions.

**About You**

You will be an enthusiastic, friendly and confident individual who has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently, following evening work plans. Ideally, you will be an SIA License Holder and have a full clean Driving License.

**Salary**

This is a permanent night-shift opportunity working 40 hours per week, over 5 days out of 7 or on a rota of 4 days on and 4 days off (depending on business requirements). An excellent salary of £23,608 is offered along with a vast range of employee benefits.
