**Rate of pay**

The current rate of pay is £10.76 per hour + £1.03 Specific Location Incentive Payment for all hours worked. You will be contracted to work **40 hours per week**. You will be paid monthly by credit transfer to your nominated bank account.

**Pension Scheme**

After 3-months service with the company you will be automatically enrolled in the company pension (NEST), if eligible.

**Holiday Entitlement**

You will be entitled **4 working weeks** holiday plus **8 statutory days** per year (entitlement is pro-rata for part time employees).

Working within our facility in Broxburn we require a Cash Processing Team Leader within our Secure Area, reporting to the Supervisor. You will assist with the rolling, processing and preparing of coin and cash, as per our customers’ requirements. This role involves lifting and carrying of cash and coin, following company guidelines. Full training will be provided on all aspects of this role. Previous experience of working in a banking, cash handling/processing is desirable.

**Essential Criteria**
- Meticulous and high degree of attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role
- The ability to communicate well and work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to work within tight timescales
- Previous experience of working towards targets within personal and team
- Full 10-year checkable employment/academic history
- Ability to lift and carry heavy containers safely, using manual handling techniques.
- Ability to close the branch once trained to competent level and ensure all close-down procedures are implemented

- Have a high level of reliability, flexibility.
- Excellent verbal/written and numeracy skills
- Observant, mindful and vigilant
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.

**Security Checks**
- Up to a 5-year employment history (less for recent school leavers)
- Adverse financial credit check
- DBS Criminal Record Check (Standard Level)

**Working Pattern**

Monday - Sunday Rota.
