**Your Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Promote and support the implementation of CEA CAPA career and internship learning aims, objectives and strategic vision.
- Manage and develop high performing regional teams to support the delivery of Internship, Consultancy, Research and Community Engagement Programs. (Experiential Programs)
- Monitor and evaluate regional KPI’s and delivery targets across experiential programs.
- Direct regional teams to develop a robust and diverse range of experiential placement opportunities that will meet the needs of a diverse student population.
- Cultivate excellent relationships with prospective University partners whilst retaining and enhancing existing partners.
- Represent the organization at global conferences through delivery of presentations and training sessions.
- Conduct a hybrid of ad-hoc and scheduled staff training on organisational, industry products and services to empower and upskill the CEA CAPA community.
- Contribute to change management plans and training of new initiatives with localised CEA CAPA Career and Internship staff.
- Serve as an ambassador and advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, whist supporting the implementation of DEI strategies within the CEA CAPA career and internship community.
- 5+ years of demonstrated management of staff, groups and/or major projects or initiatives in the education sector
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, operations and coordination of people and resources.
- Skilled at building cohesive teams and facilitating goal accomplishment by aligning individual and team actions with strategies and plans to drive business results.
- Performance oriented individual who can motivate others and influence their actions by setting ambitious goals and overcoming challenges by thinking in a creative manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Excel at operating in a fast paced, community environment
- Operates with high integrity, builds trust, quickly wins and sustains credibility in relationship with others.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions.
