Our client works with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Disney, McDonald’s, P&O Cruises and Cunard Cruises, to produce beautifully creative and effective CRM campaigns.

They have ambitious plans to grow the agency. They aim is to become the UK’s most recommended CRM agency: the one everyone wants to work with or for.
They are now on the lookout for a Marketing Account Manager to join their Client Services team working on one of their largest client accounts.
**Marketing Account Manager Role**
**Marketing Account Manager responsibilities**
? Present simple project scope and budget proposals, project and status updates, and creative work, to clients: demonstrating effective verbal communication skills whether in person or virtually; securing clients' understanding, buy in and project approval
? Maintain excellent collaborative working relationships with agency colleagues at all levels; provide input and support for team members in other disciplines to help them meet project goals and deliverables.
? Providing end-to-end campaign planning and management
? Taking briefs and defining the client's requirements
? Understand and monitor resource deployment against your client projects: provide accurate project health information to colleagues; identify and escalate risks of over-burn in hours.
? Demonstrate understanding of the client's strategic goals, by representing with clients and internally throughout the project process.
? Co-ordinating and ensuring campaign delivery involving multi-disciplinary teams
? Initiating and leading meetings - both internal and external - to ensure that there is a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables, as well as established channels for ongoing communication and feedback
? Building relationships with key stakeholders - at both a team and individual level - to ensure that you develop and maintain clarity and understanding across your work portfolio
**Requirements**:
? You will have 2+ years' client services delivery experience, which you will have gained in a similar role, ideally at a Marketing Account Manager level.
? Naturally approachable with proven problem-solving skills, you will be able to work in an agile environment where things can change.
? As a point of liaison between multiple stakeholders, you will be a confident communicator, comfortable with both technical and creative concepts.
? You will have an eye for detail, to ensure that your work is of the highest quality.
? You will be proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude.
