You’ll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. **_ Manufacturing Internship_**

- _ Collecting and analyzing data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality. You will Lead a Project which will improve Manufacturing Performance_
- _ Assisting with the day-to-day manufacturing operations, which may include monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met._
- _ Identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations._
- _ Preparing reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices._

- Familiarity with root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).

Collaboration & Teamwork

- Works well with operators, engineers, and management.
- Builds trust and rapport across different levels.

Basic Technical Knowledge

- Understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma basics).
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and possibly data visualization software.

Project Management Basics

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and track progress.
- Familiarity with documentation and reporting standards.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:
Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program.

- Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
- Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
