We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team at our site. The purpose of a Finance Assistant for the provision of administrative support and the creation of accurate data.

**Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00**

**Salary: £25,500 Per Annum**

**Job responsibilities of Finance Assistant include**:

- Raise weekly Invoices and credit control customers
- Key contributor to site administration and data collation
- Collate information required for completion of weekly costings
- Creation and maintenance of accurate MI for the operational team
- Prepare month end and year end journals
- Deal with suppliers/hauliers to provide PO numbers and agree costs
- Follow instructions to implement changes in fast paced environment
- Collate audit evidence as directed
- Understands business compliance policy and how this applies in practise. Able to identify breaches.
- Investigate and explain variances in the management accounts
- Numerous ad-hoc reports and project tasks as required (from the Site General Manager / Finance Manger)

**Qualifications**
As a Finance Assistant you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

- Have excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Be able to make decisions under pressure, and to a tight timescale
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak periods during the year
- Be able to communicate well at all levels within the business
- Have the ability to identify and suggest improvements to benefit both Warrens and our customer
- PC Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Should demonstrate the drive and desire to progress
- Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns
