We are looking for an experienced Spectator Safety trainer & assessor to join our team. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the centre’s high standards are always maintained. You must be able to assess construction Levels 2 qualifications. It would also be advantageous for you to have an IQA qualification..

**Qualifications Required**

All those who deliver and assess this qualification must:
Hold the Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Spectator Safety or an equivalent qualification; and

Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the industry, including sufficient operational experience within the Spectator Safety sector that can be evidenced, is relevant and current to the sector; such experience could be gained in the following roles:
Venue manager
Event manager
Senior Steward
Safety Officer

Have in-depth technical knowledge of this Level 2 Award in Understanding Spectator Safety at Events (RQF); and

Hold, or be working towards one of the valid Assessor’s qualification listed below
Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (QCF); or
Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (QCF) or hold one of the following
