Manager - Loan Syndications

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with new/existing clients and relevant Financial Institutions
- Origination business opportunities across primary and secondary loan markets
- Arranging, structuring and distribution of Syndicated loan transactions
- Work closely with the Corporate Banking front office team to assess potential deals
- Coverage of the EMEA market
- Multi-Sector focus, covering both vanilla and structured lending
- Provide regular feedback on the syndicated loan market to relevant internal & external parties
- Preparation of credit proposals
- Support development of the Bank's product offering

**Key Skills**:

- Extensive Syndicated Lending experience
- Vanilla lending and structured finance exposure
- A strong FI market network
- Strong credit analysis skills
- International market knowledge
